Don't You Agree?

Busy

Just when you think the activities have ended, something else is scheduled. Alec had his first orchestra concert this week. Doesn't he look handsome? We do have video of this event, but we wanted to spare you the anguish of listening to beginner string players.

Our niece, Katey, also came down to help me with the running around Molly & I had to do this week. As you can tell, Molly was enamored by her cousin. We will certainly be lost without Katey's help on Monday, but she does need to go back to school!

Friends

Our good friends, Jamie & Joe Clark, welcomed their baby boys, Owen & Bryce, a little earlier than expected. The boys were supposed to be 8 weeks younger than Molly and ended up only 2 weeks younger than her. Yesterday, we had a play date with the Clark boys. Here you can see Molly & Owen enjoying each other's company.

Yea!

Yea that Alec's team, the Hilliard Buckeyes, won their first game in the post-season classic or yea, that the classic marks the end of the season? Probably a little of both!

Homework Time

They enjoy each other so much right now. Could it be because one of them can't talk or walk and only knows how to share?

Baptism

Molly was baptized on Sunday by Deacon Grandpa Jack! Grandpa Jack and Mommy were the very first father who baptized his own daughter in the Columbus Diocese. Now the blessing has graced the next generation.

Molly's baptismal gown was made from Grandma Rita's wedding dress. All of Molly's aunts, mommy, and most of her cousins have had the opportunity to wear this.

We were fortunate to have Alec participate in Molly's baptism. Newly ordained, Deacon Mike assisted Grandpa with the baptism. We are truly blessed to have the Our Lady of Lourdes family to depend on!

Aunt Marge and Uncle Jerry graciously agreed to be Molly's godparents. She couldn't be in better hands!

Whew! The festivities ended and we went back to Grandma Rita & Grandpa Jack's to regroup. Molly was thrilled to get more comfy clothes on and Mommy was excited that she made it through the day without ruining the precious gown! And, what better place to unwind than in Grandpa Jack's snuggly arms with his loving kisses?

Where's Molly?

When perusing at Target while pregnant, I ran across this outfit that matched Molly's bedroom theme remarkably well. Don't you think?
